Laure Prouvost 'conversations in the Nest'

'The tissue is the issue' is important to us. It means that life is a complex tissue that interacts (intra-acts) in all sorts of dimensions that always goes on. That is why we can never say what generosity is exactly, we can only put it into action in the moment, learning from what we did before. In the exhibition of Laure Prouvost we talk about how to narrate positive (generous) stories from the (leaky, liquid) chaos of reality.

'The tissue is the issue' is voor ons belangrijk. Het betekent dat het leven een complex weefsel is dat in allerlei dimensies op elkaar inwerkt dat steeds maar voortgaat. Vandaar dat we nooit kunnen zeggen wat generositeit nu precies is, we kunnen het alleen steeds in het moment in werking stellen, lerend van het voorafgaande. In de tentoonstelling van Laure Prouvost spreken we over hoe positieve (genereuze) verhalen te vertellen vanuit de (lekkende, liquide) chaos van de werkelijkheid.
